$99 for 3 Hours of Support

This page outlines the terms for our $99 trial offer. By booking this offer, you agree to the conditions below, which are in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions.

What’s Included

  • 3 hours of support with one of our ADHD-friendly VAs

  • Used across a 7-day period (inclusive of weekends)

  • Flexible support with business or personal tasks — we tailor it to you

  • Communication during standard business hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST

  • Friendly guidance and task support via email or your preferred method

Trial Timing

  • Your trial begins on the date of your onboarding email (or another agreed date)

  • Hours can be used flexibly during the 7-day window

  • Any unused time expires after 7 days — no extensions

Meeting & Call Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, at least 30 minutes' notice is required.

  • If less than 30 minutes’ notice is given, 30 minutes will be deducted from your trial hours.

  • If you’re late to a call, time will be counted from the original scheduled start time.

No Refunds or Credits

  • This offer is non-refundable, even if you don’t use all 3 hours

  • No credit or rollover will be provided for unused time

  • This is a heavily discounted, one-time trial offer to test our support

Additional Notes

  • One trial per business or individual only

  • Extra hours can be added at our casual rate if pre-approved

  • Tasks must fall within the scope of virtual assistant services

  • The trial is also subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions
